III Panel – Role of Women in the Just Transition of the Energy Sector

The Role of Women in Energy Sector panel will highlight the underrepresentation of women in senior management positions of the male dominated sector and try to find the causes of this issue. Panelists will try to answer the following questions: Is it possible to change this situation in line with contemporary social trends? Does the sector transition anticipate a more active and visible role for women? Can women, as a voice of reason, drive changes and unblock reform?
